A non-profit organization dedicated to advance employment opportunities for
individuals with disabilities
Our Story
We are a non-profit organization providing employment for individuals with varying degrees of disabilities. We have over 24 years experience in successfully matching the individual skills to the duties of the job.
Elaine M. Guard, President
Elaine has spend the last 23 years in the "for profit" business of providing staffing services. Her vision was to "match the worker with the job requirements," thus providing a win-win for both the worker and the client. Elaine's position for the last 11 years was serving as an Area Vice President of a large staffing company, publicly traded on NASDAQ. As Area Vice President, she was responsible for 17 branches in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. The primary focus of her position was to mentor and train Branch Managers iin all areas of employment law as well as economic development.
It is Elaine's belief that if the "best possible match" philosophy was applied correcty, more public agencies would be eager to use a non-profit service to fill their staffing needs.
